Step 1: Participants Order Posters via Our Website
We provide a dedicated website link for your event. Detailed step-by-step instructions and FAQs are provided. Participants can upload their poster file and place the order conveniently. Payments are accepted via credit card online. We offer continuous support via e-mail or phone.
Step 2: Print & Customer Notification
All files are manually checked, and slight adjustments are made if necessary for print optimization. Once the poster is printed, the customer will be informed via e-mail, along with a collection number.
Step 3: On-Site Distribution
Presenters can collect their posters at our pick-up desk by mentioning their number or name. Collection times are adjusted to your event schedule & distribution can take place over multiple days.
